TLTR: Canadian-American border kid who loves learning and building community. I’m passionate about data-driven UX, developing people, maturing UX organizations, and simplifying the most complex workflows.
My Rules
Be a Good Teammate: Always protect the team and your family, make decisions that help others reach their goals and support the teams.
No whining, complaining or excuses: Solution mindset and owning the solution to the challenges or roadblocks we face. Have accountability to yourself and make no excuses, lead with positivity!
Be Early: Must be organized and show respect to each other and your partners, to be early you have to be organized and prepared. Be prepared for every opportunity and always keep in mind the outcome we are wanting to achieve.
